Organized in 1981, the PDAOC is a non-profit association with the primary purpose to provide a forum where issues of planning can be presented and where differing standards of development between jurisdictions can be reviewed and methods of agreement identified leading to a better coordination of planning objectives.
The Planning Directors Association of Orange County (PDAOC) is comprised of Planning and Community Development Directors from the cities in Orange County and the County of Orange.
